It looks like we might have a bit of a work-around for the blog. In case anyone is wondering, the problem appears to be with the WYSIWYG capability for the newest version of WordPress. Disabling that apparently works (which is good, because the previous work-around involved having to actually manually input data into the mySQL database…NO FUN!).

In any case, apparently others have had this problem too, based on the support forums. I tried everything suggested in there, including re-installing the WordPress files (twice), clearing the browser caches, etc. All of that and no joy.

By the way, this does not appear to be browser-specific either. I used IE 6.forgetaboutit at work and IE7 at home with the same problem. I haven’t tried it on Firefox at home yet, but it appears on the support forum that that one has problems too.

In any case, none of that should affect comments or anything (I hope). It’s only going to affect me, being the lovely admin that I am!

Oh, for code I wrote myself!!!!
