I’ts Bush’s fault! I now have unexpected, totally conclusive proof beyond all doubt! I shall present it now.
1) The answer to everything is 42.
2) Bush is the 43rd President of the United States.
3) However, Grover Cleveland (named after some podunk town in Ohio), was elected to two nonconsecutive terms! Thus, he takes up two numbers (i.e. 22 & 24).
4) Per 2) & 3), Bush is the 42nd PERSON to be President.
5) Per 1) & 4), it’s Bush’s fault.
